By registering for a Monelore program, submitting an enquiry form, or using this website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. If you are registering on behalf of a family group, you confirm that you have authority to do so on behalf of all participating members.

Monelore provides structured financial education programs delivered in person from our George Town premises. Current programs include Money Mindset Essentials, Understanding Markets & Instruments, and the Family Wealth Conversation Series. Program details, schedules, and inclusions are as described on our website and confirmed in your enrolment correspondence. We reserve the right to adjust program content periodically to maintain accuracy and relevance.

Monelore is an education provider. Nothing in our programs constitutes financial advice, investment recommendation, or a solicitation to purchase any financial product.

All program materials, workbooks, journals, handbooks, and other content provided by Monelore are protected by copyright and remain the intellectual property of Monelore. Participants are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use materials for their own private learning. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of materials is not permitted without prior written consent.

Monelore programs are provided for educational purposes only. We do not provide financial advice, tax advice, or investment recommendations. Participants should seek independent advice from a licensed financial adviser before making any financial decisions. Outcomes described by previous participants are individual and do not constitute a representation that similar outcomes will be achieved by other participants.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law, Monelore's liability to any participant shall be limited to the total fees paid for the relevant program. Monelore shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from participation in programs or use of the website. This limitation does not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Indemnification

Participants agree to indemnify and hold Monelore harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses arising from breach of these Terms, misuse of program materials, or any unlawful act by the participant in connection with Monelore programs or website.

12. Termination

Monelore reserves the right to remove a participant from a program without refund if their conduct is disruptive, harmful, or in breach of these Terms. Participants may withdraw from a program in accordance with the Cancellation Policy in Section 6.

13. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to contact us directly at legal@monelore to seek an informal resolution before initiating formal proceedings. If informal resolution is not achieved, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
