A Considered Approach to Financial Learning

We designed our programs around learner wellbeing — not sales pressure. Here is what that looks like in practice.

Structured at Your Pace

Programs are spaced over weeks so concepts settle naturally. We avoid information overload and give participants time to reflect between sessions.

Conversations, Not Lectures

Our sessions use guided discussion formats. Participants come away with insight they generated themselves — which tends to stick far longer.

Grounded in Malaysian Context

EPF, KWSP, unit trusts, ASB — we work with the actual financial landscape Malaysians navigate daily, not abstract Western frameworks.

No Selling Inside the Classroom

Our educators do not recommend specific products or receive commissions. Learning remains the sole focus throughout every session.

Materials That Outlast the Program

Every program includes workbooks, journals, or glossaries you keep permanently — so your learning has a physical anchor to return to.

Emotionally Aware Facilitation

Money carries emotion. Our facilitators are trained to hold space for the psychological dimension of financial conversations, not just the technical one.

Which Program Feels Right for You?

Whether you are starting to question your money habits, curious about how markets work, or looking to have more open financial conversations with your family — there is a program suited to where you are now.

Frequently Asked Questions

Answers to the things participants most often want to know before signing up.

Do I need any prior financial knowledge to join?
No prior knowledge is needed for any of our programs. Money Mindset Essentials and the Family Wealth Conversation Series are designed for anyone with an open mind. Understanding Markets & Instruments starts from the very beginning and builds progressively.
Are these programs run in person or online?
Sessions are currently held at our Penang premises at 28 Lorong Kuda, George Town. We occasionally offer small-group online cohorts — please contact us to find out about upcoming availability.
What language are the sessions conducted in?
All programs are conducted in English. Facilitators are comfortable switching between English and Bahasa Malaysia where helpful for group understanding.
How are payments handled?
We accept bank transfer and DuitNow. A deposit is required to confirm your place; the balance is due before the first session. Full payment details are provided upon registration.
What if I need to miss a session?
We understand schedules do not always cooperate. If you need to miss a session, please inform us at least 24 hours in advance. We will share session notes and can, where possible, arrange a brief catch-up call at no extra charge.
Is the Family Wealth series only for couples?
Not at all. The series works well for couples, parent-and-adult-child pairs, siblings managing shared finances, or any family grouping where financial conversations would be valuable. The program fee covers participation for your household group.
Do you provide investment advice or product recommendations?
No. Monelore is an education provider, not a licensed financial adviser. Our programs help you understand concepts and develop personal clarity — decisions about specific products are yours to make, ideally with a licensed professional if needed.
